Choosing the right therapist is an important step toward healing. Before scheduling your first therapy appointment, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help you decide if my approach is the right fit for your needs.

My practice is private pay which allows me to provide the highest quality care with the time, attention, and flexibility each client deserves. By limiting my caseload, I am able to be fully present and prepared in our sessions.

Your session fee reflects more than the time we spend together. It also includes the years of specialized education and experience I bring to our work, as well as the time devoted outside of sessions consulting when appropriate and thoughtfully planning treatment.

I am an out-of-network therapist and do not contract directly with insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of each session. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide you with a Superbill (Insurance Reimbursement Form) that you may submit directly to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement according to your insurance plan.

Many clients use Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) to pay for therapy services.
