Christian Counseling is a therapeutic approach that integrates evidence-based mental health practices with Christian faith and values. It provides space to address emotional struggles, trauma, anxiety, relationships, and personal growth while incorporating spiritual beliefs, Scripture, or faith-based perspectives when desired by the client.

Christian Counseling is not about judgment, forcing beliefs, or replacing professional mental health treatment with spiritual advice alone. Effective Christian Counseling combines clinical knowledge and therapeutic techniques with faith in a way that honors each person’s experiences, needs, and personal relationship with God.

No. You do not have to be a Christian to receive counseling from me. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and beliefs. You will receive the same high quality, evidence-based therapy regardless of your personal beliefs.
